About the event

Leading our evening and hailing from Ponce, PR is Fernando Acevedo. He is a 10 year Zumba fanatic with 6 years Certified Instructor experience, currently taking up residence at the LA Fitness gyms in the Greater Rochester area, is the founder and planner extraordinaire for Zumba at the Beach (link on our partner event page), and has 40 years experience as a DJ and is owner of Mix Squared DJs. If there's anyone that understands how to move to the beat of music and live on the beat it's him!

Join us for our annual outdoor cultural festival where we promote fun, fitness, and community while also sharing the beauty of our culture and heritage with the community in the Greater Rochester area. Authentic Lao Food, vendors, , Live entertainment, FLOW in the Forest (Yoga), Summer Games Triathalon, Golf, in addition to activities for the children. Face painting, balloons, and a cash prize coloring contest!

Entrance to the Food & Vendor area are included in your registration fee. All non participants are required to pay a $10 General Admission fee.
